We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. This allows Dr. Peter Marta and his team to dedicate the time needed for thorough, individualized, and unhurried care tailored to your unique needs. We do utilize your in-network benefits for the majority of lab and imaging tests we order. We provide you with a detailed superbill, receipt, and easy-to-follow instructions so you can submit directly to your insurance for potential full or partial reimbursement.

Very few practices combine conventional and functional medicine specifically for men's longevity — most focus on one or the other. Codex, Dr. Marta's proprietary protocol, was built to bridge that gap: pairing traditional diagnostics and treatment with a functional-medicine lens on hormones, metabolic health, and prevention, so patients get a plan that's both evidence-based and personalized.

As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand our licensing to include additional states.
